You are capable and smart, even if you can’t remember the last time you really felt that way.

Maybe you’re here because…

Your anxiety is affecting your life

  • Not pursuing academic, career or social opportunities out of fear

  • Keeping you up at night to the point where you can’t function well

  • Escalating into panic or anxiety attacks that scare you

  • Using unhelpful behaviors to cope or gain a sense of control, such as disordered eating

You’re feeling “low” all the time

  • Having a hard time seeing the positive

  • Finding it hard to motivate or get things done; everything feels like a chore

  • Feeling a lack of direction or like you don't really know who you are

  • Feeling hopeless that things can change or get better

You are approaching burnout

  • Constant sense that you’re failing and not good enough, no matter how hard you’re trying

  • Thinking that “nothing really matters” in your job or life

  • Can’t make yourself care like you used to

  • Always tired and irritated even if you’re getting sleep

Am I the right therapist for you?

Yes, if you’re looking for…

✔ Root-cause work (not just creating better habits)

✔ Local to Westchester (ability to see your therapist in person if you want)

✔ An honest, direct approach (no clinical jargon, no hiding what I think)

✔ Support with anxiety, self-esteem, or academic/career stress

✔ Experience with girls, teens, or women

Jennifer consistently brings a compassionate, strengths‑based, and person‑centered approach to her clinical work, creating a safe and empowering space for clients to grow. Her sessions are thoughtfully structured and goal‑oriented, helping clients build clarity, momentum, and meaningful change.

More about me

Hello, I’m Jennifer Warpool, a therapist based in the Westchester County, NY, area.

I love living here, surrounded by smart, capable, and driven women. But something else tends to go hand-in-hand with those qualities: anxiety, self-doubt, and burnout.

Maybe so far you’ve just been coping with the inner voice that tells you that you’re always falling behind and life is just never going to feel easy for you.

But if you’re reading this, that means you’re open to the possibility that you can feel better about yourself.

My approach is root-cause driven. I want to help you understand where your anxiety or burnout is coming from, so you can then take the practical steps to alleviate it.
