About me

I know what it’s like to feel anxious, to second guess yourself, to feel lost, to feel alone, to feel down.

For me, this showed up during a big, scary leap: leaving my career as a marketing executive to pursue my true calling as a therapist.

That period of transition gave me insight into the emotional turmoil of navigating a sea change in life, whether it’s related to your career, a mental health disorder, physical health change, or your child’s mental health.

But I also know what it's like when things get better. When you start feeling stronger and believing in yourself again.

That’s what I’m here to help you do, to go from feeling not good enough to a stable, confident way of being.

You deserve to feel safe and heard and know innately that you matter. We all do.

Therapy modalities I’m trained in

  • Acceptance and Commitment (ACT)

  • Art Therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

  • Cognitive Processing (CPT)

  • Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

  • Family Therapy

  • Trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT)

I take a psychodynamic, Person-Centered approach, apply skills-based strategies and concepts, and pull from Positive Psychology and Strength-Based therapy to help my clients reach their goals.
