Is work stress overwhelming? Are you not sure you're in the right job? Do you have a hard time setting boundaries or balancing your work and personal life?

I help you process underlying emotions, get clear about what you want, and build the confidence to go after it.

Even acknowledging “This isn’t what I want anymore” is a major step.

It’s profoundly destabilizing when you realize your career isn’t lighting you up anymore.

Especially if you’ve put in some serious sweat equity to get where you are. If you’re…

Not sure what you want from your career

Unable to set clear boundaries at work

Struggling to balance work and personal life

Wrapped up in imposter syndrome and insecurity with your role

Considering a career pivot or transition

Dealing with overwhelm and burnout

Therapy at this moment is so practical.

You have to work through the inner feelings first, so you can come out the other side with clarity and confidence.

Therapist for women navigating their careers, Jennifer Warpool, smiling holding a mug

Hello, I’m Jennifer Warpool, a therapist for women navigating their careers

I know what it feels like when work doesn’t feel right.

I was a marketing executive sitting in budget meetings and reviewing social media campaigns with a growing feeling that this wasn't what I was supposed to be doing anymore.

The moment I admitted to myself, “I want to change careers,” was terrifying and exhilarating all at once.  Shaking things up and taking a risk was… not exactly easy.

But with support, guidance, and self reflection, I did it. And I found a career that truly feels like me and is more fulfilling than I ever could have imagined.

Whether you’re changing careers like me, or simply creating more balance, reducing work anxiety, or finding the confidence to pursue a promotion… I’m here to help.

Questions from people who used to be where you are

  • Sessions are $250 per 50-minute session.

  • Yes. If you keep talking yourself back into “just staying where you are” when you’re unhappy, you’ll regret it in five, 10, or 20 years.

Therapy is a gift you give to your present and future self so you can reach your potential, feel fulfilled, and have no regrets in life.

  • No, I am an out-of-network therapist. This is an intentional choice to allow for flexibility in how we work together, without the restrictions of insurance requirements.

  • Not at all. Many women make career changes or reenter the workforce in their  40s, 50s, and 60s. It often takes reaching the peak of your career to realize it’s not enough or not right for you.

And it’s my belief that it’s never too late to change that. Change, with the right support, can happen faster than you think.

  • Think of the consultation like a get-to-know-you. I ask you questions and you ask me questions. At the end, you decide if you want to book your first official session.

  • I am licensed in Connecticut or New York, so you must be a resident of either of those states.
